ValtiSecret Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Certain intimate products may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons.

2. Initiating a Return

Contact ValtiSecret customer support at privacy@valtisecret.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for returning the product.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
