1. Joining the Program

To become a vendor or affiliate, you must complete our registration form and provide accurate business or personal details. Acceptance is at ValtiSecret’s discretion.

2. Commission & Payment

• Vendors and affiliates earn commissions based on sales generated through their account or referral links.
• Payments are processed monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
• ValtiSecret reserves the right to withhold commissions for disputes or violations of these terms.

3. Product Listings & Standards

All products listed must comply with ValtiSecret quality and safety standards. Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

4. Prohibited Activities

Vendors and affiliates may not:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Misrepresent ValtiSecret products or brand.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Spam or misuse promotional channels.

5. Account Termination

ValtiSecret may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, inactivity, or at its sole discretion.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update Vendor & Affiliate Terms periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
